Villa in Javea

Immaculate south-facing villa located on a quiet residential road in Costa Nova, just a short distance from local restaurants, shops and tennis clubs. The area is also home to some of Jávea’s most beautiful coves and beaches, all within easy reach.

The property sits perfectly on a flat, south-facing plot, with the villa positioned to maximise the outdoor living space rather than dominate it. Unlike many properties where the villa sits in the middle of the plot, this layout gives priority to the garden, pool and entertaining areas. The plot is fully walled and gated, providing excellent privacy while being ideal for families and pets. There is also secure off-road parking for up to five vehicles. Outside you’ll find multiple spacious terraces, a pergola, extensive lawned gardens and a fantastic 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, making it an ideal space to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.

The accommodation is arranged over two separate levels. The main living accommodation is located on the upper floor and comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including an en-suite to the master bedroom. It also features a generous lounge with a feature log burner that opens onto a glazed naya overlooking the pool and gardens, a spacious kitchen with a practical utility room, and a dining area conveniently located just off the kitchen.

The lower level is completely independent from the main accommodation and offers two further double bedrooms, a Jack and Jill bathroom, and a kitchenette. This space is ideal for visiting family and friends, older children wanting their own space, or as guest accommodation.

Owned as a holiday home by the same family for many years, the villa has been exceptionally well maintained throughout. Recent improvements include new flooring, modernised bathrooms, double glazing and air conditioning, meaning the property is ready to enjoy from day one.

This is one of those villas that simply ticks all the boxes. The layout works brilliantly both inside and out, but it’s the generous outdoor entertaining areas that really set it apart.
